Experience
Keri brings diverse experience from working in outpatient orthopedics, inpatient rehabilitation, and acute care settings. She has treated a wide range of orthopedic injuries and post-operative patients, including those recovering from knee and hip replacements, as well as spinal procedures. Keri has also had the privilege of working with active-duty military personnel and veterans in a spinal cord unit. In addition to her orthopedic experience, she has a special interest in managing rheumatic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. Passionate about endurance sports, Keri enjoys both the rehabilitation and prevention of sports-related injuries.
Personal Interests
Keri is passionate about embracing movement every day, recognizing it as a gift and a privilege. In her free time, she enjoys staying active through a variety of pursuits including swimming, biking, running, and weightlifting. She enjoys competing in triathlons and relishes in the mental challenge of training for endurance events. Keri also incorporates yoga into her routine and loves hiking whenever she can. When she’s not training, she enjoys spending quiet time with her husband and their cat, Juneau, as well as reading, gardening, and listening to live music. Keri often takes trips to Wilmington and the mountains to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
