Personal Interests
Outside of the clinic, Lindsey is an all-around athlete with a lifelong passion for sports. She played competitive soccer and volleyball before focusing her collegiate athletic career on running track and cross country. She competed in marathons and sprint triathlons after college until a hip labral tear temporarily sidelined her active lifestyle. A successful surgical repair and physical therapy launched Lindsey into a new sport: CrossFit, where she finds fun and camaraderie competing as a novice CrossFit athlete. Lindsey loves collaborating with her husband, Rich on all things health and health care related. Their 3 school-aged kids have given Lindsey another career as a Mommy-Uber driver, #1 soccer mom, and gymnastics fan. Whether walking in her neighborhood or cheering on her kids in their activities, Lindsey finds joy in staying active and fostering a love for movement in her family.
